I spent years as a New York City fashion editor, setting trends and hunting for the next IT thing. But my first love was always vintage—an obsession passed down from my dad, who knew the beauty hidden beneath piles of dusty old things.

I roamed flea markets, estate sales, and vintage shops across NYC for decades, collecting clothing, jewelry, and handbags. When print magazines began to fade, I never stopped collecting—my focus simply shifted to home décor. I fell in love with objects that had lived a life before me, each one carrying a story I could only imagine.

After years of gathering treasures, I finally decided it was time to open the doors to PLOVER HOUSE—a place where every piece has history, style, and just a hint of mischief.
