VINTAGE ITEMS

All vintage and antique pieces are final sale due to their one-of-a-kind nature.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES - VINTAGE ITEMS

While we take great care in packing all vintage items, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, the buyer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials, as the carrier may require them for inspection.

NEW ITEMS

New, non-vintage items may be returned within 10 days in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES - NEW ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
