Thank you for shopping with us! Plover House is a small business, and every order is packed with care. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Vintage and one-of-a-kind items may take a little extra time to pack safely.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DAMANGED IN TRANSIT
While we take great care in packing all vintage items, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, the buyer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials, as the carrier may require them for inspection.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
